Tips Cleaning Service: Dusting

Dusting aims to clean dust, dirt from the surface of furniture, walls, lists, accessories and others we often do around us, especially those who work in the cleaning service / housekeeping section. Dusting is an activity that looks trivial but if it is done wrong it will be fatal, not clean but add to dirty / damaged places that we clean.

Tips Dusting from PT. Tulodo Monggo Agung. Before dusting, the equipment must be prepared in advance, including:

• Cloth (dry cloth) 
• Botle sprayer 
• Aluminum ladder (if needed) 
• Cleaning agent (cleaning agent)

The following procedures for dusting:

1. Prepare the equipment needed 
2. Check equipment 
3. Prepare the cleaning solution on a neatly folded cloth (the size of your palm) 
4. Wipe the surface from top to bottom, left to right, and from the inside out regularly (clockwise or vice versa) 
5. Fold back to get a clean cloth surface to wipe, if one cloth surface is dirty 
6. If the cloth is dirty, it must be washed 
7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 until the entire area is complete 
8. Make sure that the area that is cleaned is free of dust and dirt 
9. Collect equipment, clean and return the equipment warehouse

Safety instructions:

1. Always use a lint free cloth
2. Be careful when dusting around power tools
3. Use enough cleaning solution and avoid splashing
4. Clean the spark on the floor immediately
5. Clean up first / move the items in the area to be cleaned
6. Get used to spray only on rags for effectiveness and does not cause spots
7. Get into the habit of folding cloths to maximize darkening
8. Do not stand on the table, chair for dusting
